2. Film blowing evaluation
2.1 clean the film blowing machine.
2.2 blow the film with LLDPE of the same brand. After the machine has stabilized, gradually increase the screw speed until defects such as die buildup and / or shark skin appear. Record the process parameters, such as screw speed (S0), torque, die pressure, extruder current and power.
2.3 without changing the screw speed (S0), PPA masterbatch was added for the experiment. It is suggested to use a large amount of additives, such as 1000ppm, so as to achieve the balance of PPA coating quickly and observe the effect. For example, 1000 ppm requires 98% LLDPE and 2% PPA masterbatch (concentration 5%). After mixing them evenly, they are added into the film blowing machine to blow the film. After a period of time, the PPA coating is balanced, and the effect can be observed, such as the reduction or disappearance of die deposit and / or shark skin. Record the process parameters at this time and compare with the parameters in 2.2.
2.4 the screw speed (S0) can be maintained and the amount of PPA can be reduced gradually. For example, from 1000ppm to 750ppm to 500ppm In this way, the minimum dosage of PPA can be determined.
